Construction management for trade contractors

Own the
package.

Bid. Takeoff. Buyout. Field. Cost. One system for finish and specialty trades — drywall, paint, flooring, ceilings, trim, wall protection, and openings.

Who we serve

The #1 job is winning and installing your scope.

Built for the contractor who owns the scope — estimators, project managers, and owners. Not a guest login on the GC’s platform.

01

Estimators

Leads on a bid board. Takeoff with frozen snapshots. Spec books split to CSI sections. Draft RFPs — you still hit Send.

Estimating workspace →
02

Project managers

Submittal QC before the GC sees it. PO spend-auth by dollar band. Correspondence stays on your server, searchable later by Local AI.

Trade owners

Commercial and government work. Your vendors, your sending addresses, your field app. The company stays yours.

Platform

From invitation to installed work.

The same spine as a full construction platform — leads, drawings, estimate, buyout, field, cost — shaped for the contractor who owns the finish package.

L
LeadsPlan-room filters. Bid board. Stage, not status — accepted through estimate approved.
T
TakeoffFinish packages and openings. Product family + rules, frozen on the line. Vendor quote column after award.
R
RFPOne email per vendor from your company address. Tokenized drawings. Side-by-side quotes. Award writes the price back onto the estimate.
F
FieldFinishWorks Field: drawings, punch, time, T&M with company and GC sign. Billing hours are not payroll hours.
C
CostMaterial POs, 3-way match, change events. Workflows are data — amend steps without a rebuild.

WorX CM RFP vendor comparison

RFP is mail, not a marketplace.

Vendors quote on a private token page. Plans are not attached as 18MB files. Comparison highlights the low number. Award can split scope.

Local AI

Review the drawing on your metal.

Two providers. Local Llama reviews job files and submittals on your hardware. Grok stays available and is not fed your drawings. Correspondence is not dumped into a public corpus.

  • Construction review on the live canvas, overlays included.
  • Spec-package review proposes CSI sections, basis of design, and listed alternates.
  • Submittal QC is a mandatory first pass — rubber-stamp if you fly through it.
  • Review stays a first pass you control. The model does not email vendors or file anything on its own.
FinishWorks Field on a jobsite phone
FinishWorks Field

The phone is the field product.

Native Android and iOS — not the website squeezed onto a phone. Drawings, camera, punch, time, and T&M. Time for billing is not time for payroll.

  • GPS punch and geofence flags. Cost code optional.
  • Ours | GC punch lists. Send to GC is explicit.
  • T&M emails a token page for superintendent and GC sign.

Why WorX

Not three licenses and a guest seat.

The GC already has a platform. The accountant already has a ledger. You still need takeoff, vendor mail, and a field phone that knows your package.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Is this Procore?

No. The public page follows the same kind of construction-SaaS homepage — nav, hero, audiences, platform, AI, field, FAQ — because that is how buyers scan a category. The product is WorX CM for the trade that owns the package. We do not clone Procore modules, orange chrome, or guest-seat economics.

What is the difference between WorX CM, USIS, and FinishWorks Field?

WorX CM is the product (worxcm.com). US Interior Specialties is the company behind it. FinishWorks Field is the name of the phone apps. Staff sign-in is on the company portal.

Do you email plan sets to vendors?

No. Vendors get a tokenized files page. Files stay in a private snapshot and download on a short-lived authorized URL. Mail goes out from your company address.

Does Local AI send mail or file government forms?

No. AI never emails vendors, never dumps correspondence to Grok, never files EDD, never pushes punch items to Procore on its own, and never writes an SSN onto a User record.

How do we see it?

Thirty minutes on a live job: leads → takeoff → RFP → a field T&M. Not a demo tenant with fake rooms.

Thirty minutes on your live job.

We walk leads, takeoff, an RFP, and a field T&M. Tell us the trade and a due date. We will not invent a sandbox full of sample rooms.

We got it.

We’ll book thirty minutes on a live job — not a sandbox.
